This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is by far the best hair I've ever purchased! I purchased four 18 20 20 and a closure. The hair is full all the way to the ends. The hair came a day early which was great. No fishy smell, very to little shedding. This hair doesn't look dry or dull, it doesn't require a lot of oil. I'm definitely ordering again! I found a great vendor.... Thanks
