This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I waited 3 weeks to write this review and I must say I am very PLEASED!! This hair is great, it's soft, no shedding and I haven't had any problems with it being nappy. The most important thing is that you wash and condition the hair thoroughly before wearing!! The hair felt kind of plastic when I first got it, but I washed it with shampoo and conditioner and the curl pattern was even more beautiful.I will definitely be buying again!!!

So far so great! The weft is super thick, I combed the hair for about 15 minutes and 0 strands came out. There are four that they deliver but I was so excited that I unraveled one already. Will update after two weeks of installation!
