This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

th First of all for the price this hair is the BOMB!! So soft and silky. Even after I washed it, dyed it burgundy and conditioned it. The bundles are thick so is the closure. I have had very little shedding. The hair took 3 business days to come. I ordered it on a Thursday got it the following Monday. I will be purchasing again.
