Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I couldn’t be happier with the larger cap size. They made sure I received it in time for my favorites holiday and I’m grateful. I customized it for my Halloween costume. It has minimal shedding, but that was expecting with me processing it the way I did. It was nice thag the wig came with a band and a nude cap. That was very thoughtful. Everyone loved the unit. Thank you all so much!
