This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is very soft & takes color very good. There isn't much shedding besides me plucking the lace. Also shipping was very fast as always and the hair was still in good condition after dying. It's also inexpensive, I love it.
