This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This unit is gorgeous! It came pre plucked and looked very nice. There was a little bit of a smell but it went away when I shampooed it. No shedding during washing or blow drying! I would definitely recommend this vendor! I will also be buying more wigs

This hair literally is so incredibly natural looking most people thought it was actually my hair! It has minimal shedding and if you take care of it, it lasts a long time. You have to care for it like would you with your natural hair, so it looks best when its freshly washed and conditioned. Also apply a pea sized amount of oil, a little bit of leave in conditioner, and ecostyler gel for curls that look fresh throughout the day.
