This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is very soft ,also it looks very true to length, there was little to no shedding when I first got it and there is not a really bad smell but it could be washed when you first get it. I will be leaving another review when I’m install it
