Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The unit I got is 22” and 180% density with a 6x6 part - if you’re looking for your first wig this is the best one to start with because it gives you so many options and it’s very easy to maintain. It looks extremely natural with very little manipulation. It came in under a week and the seller kept in communication with me the entire time. Love this and I can’t wait to buy another - thank you so much!

It had no smell and from what I’ve seen it doesn’t tangle and shed so easily but I haven’t installed yet.
