This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This wig is GORGEOUS! It feels amazing quality! the wig came and it had no particular smell which is good, the hair doesn't appear to be dyed or tampered with. The wig cap I received is way too dark for my skin tone but I'll just put some concealer on it for the time being. slight issues I'm used to more lace on my wigs this wig only came with a small bit, as I cut it off it revealed the hem line of the cap that's sewn into the wig. so I had this big thick visible line around my forehead, but I just snipped it and it looks fine now and doesn't seem to cause an issue. the wig measure at around ish to 14 inches but it's really thick at the top and a bit thin at the bottom, but I'm sure I just need to give it a wash and it'll look a bit more even. This wig is definitely 5 stars and worth well more than you pay!

Love this wig had no problems with shopping it came earlier than the expected date. The hair is really soft haven’t experienced shedding AT ALL. Lace come pre plucked but I did do a little extra plucking. Also it holds heat really well my curls lasted a full 24 hours. Would I recommend??? Most definitely!!

It’s full and very very soft. No tangles no problems with the lace the bundles hold curls.It’s beautiful! Shipping was a little longer than expected.

The hair once opened felt so full of volume and it seems like it’s very good quality, specially whilst running your fingers through it. I washed it. Very very little shedding . I definitely recommend this hair 100%
