This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair is very soft to touch...it takes color very easily but doesn’t hold a curl at all.
It’s a good investment for beginners wig.

The hair came perfectly packaged and in record time!! It didn’t have a weird smell(smelled really nice actually) and the length/density were both accurate.. the lace wasn’t as transparent BUT that’s okay, it should be an easy fix. Can’t wait to style/wear it!! Will definitely be ordering from this company again!!!!

I orded it on Wednesday and it shipped Saturday that’s 4 days !! it’s pre-plucked with some edges already there which i love and the lace is tinted . if you are thinking about getting this hair please do. The seller is great at communicating and let me know when my hair was here .
