This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I LOVE my hair!! Omg the bundles are full, soft, and bouncy and customer service was PHENOMENAL to say the least. I can't wait to order more hair from this company Ps. The hair didn't have ANY split ends or a bad smell at all. My closure was made with fine quality hair and little to no fillers or grey hairs. I am 100% satisfied Oh yeah, did I mention I got my hair in 2 days?

Of course shipping was fast with DHL! Customer service response was timely and appropriate. I purchased 4 of the Brazilian loose wave bundles, all 18 inches. The bundles are full, I used 3 and a little of the 4th bundle... I like my hair to be really full. The hair is soft and holds a curl. Curls beautifully with my flexi rods! The only Con is that this hair sheds. I typically understand some shedding. Id say it is still worth a try for the price though!
