This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This is some of the best hair I’ve had in a long long time.It did have a small smell to it but once I washed it the smell disappeared.The hair is soooo soft!Delivery was awesome too it only took 3 days!Will definitely buy from this vendor again

Of course shipping was fast with DHL! Customer service response was timely and appropriate. I purchased 4 of the Brazilian loose wave bundles, all 18 inches. The bundles are full, I used 3 and a little of the 4th bundle... I like my hair to be really full. The hair is soft and holds a curl. Curls beautifully with my flexi rods! The only Con is that this hair sheds. I typically understand some shedding. Id say it is still worth a try for the price though!

absolutely NOTHING short from amazing, i've gotten a few strings of hair but it's only because it's curly hair , so no biggy. i ordered my hair Sunday (March 10, 2018) & received it Wednesday (March 14 2018) despite my personal mishaps . Costumer Service was definitely the best i've experienced in a while. I would recommend this hair to anyone who's look for some GREAT quality, affordable hair. i am SO anxious to install! thanks celie hair, you've have gained another costumer !
