This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I was bit nervous ordering online from a different vendor but after reading all the positive reviews I had to give this company a try. I ordered the body wave 14,16, 18, 18 and 16 inch closure. The hair arrived in 5 days(i think it is a little slow). Omg this hair is beautiful! Soft, No smell, no shedding and no tangle. The bundles are really thick I only used 3 bundles and my hair is very full. In the package I also received some free gifts. I definitely will be ordering from the company again.

So I have had this hair in for over two weeks and it is still gorgeous, no shedding or smell, and it doesn't tangle in the back. My stylist compliments the hair as well, and we have washed it since the install.
