This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered on a Sat, and received the hair Wednesday..so shipping was quick. The hair is extremely soft, so beautiful and bouncy. The vendor kept in touch to let me know about everything and that was great. Haven’t installed yet, but extremely excited to! I’ll give another update soon

Thank you Wiggins’s hair... hair was the correct length when arrived and very soft. It had a slight smell to it but that’s to expected before a shampoo and a conditioner ..Hair arrived on time .. And communication was fantastic and considerate.. I would definitely recommend Wiggins’s hair as I will be purchasing more in the coming weeks..

Hair came in super fast in just about 3 days!! It is extremely silky soft and true to length. I have experienced absolutely no shedding and hair did not come with the infamous smell which i was very happy about. I will be making a wig unit. I will return with some follow up feedback some time next week. I am excited to see how this hair wears!! None the less, customer service was impeccable. They communicated with me every step of the way. Never experienced this with any other vendors!
