This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the hair is really nice,I was hesitant at first becuase there were lots of mixed reviews but I'm here to tell yall that this hair is ligit ligit super nice. the shipping and delivery was on point I ordered it Tuesday and got it Thursday. the hair has minimal shedding but for the price it's just fine for me!!! the texture was soft and the hair had no smell. It took heat very very well and the bundles were full and thick.
