Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Beautiful hair everytime I order. I was very skeptic all since it had been my first time ordering and it had been my first time ordering with this company but I honestly have no complaints AT ALL. Wonderful seller and even due to time difference, reply’s were fast and I was even sent on how to care the hair and maintain it.

I give this overall experience a 4 out of 5. Each point is for something I found that I love. I loved the communication. They are very attentive and provide great feedback on how to take care of the hair. I honestly don’t know how other people managed to mess it up so badly but if you do what they say it will work. I got 4 bundles and a closure. I like the quality of the hair it was super soft and did not tangle like I thought it would which is a plus. This is my first time doing it and it was very easy. I am going to be utilizing this to make a wig and may do a month update on how the hair is upkept. The shipping was good as well.

Guys after going through FIVE different vendors on website I finally found one that I can rely on. this is the only vendor I will ever order from! The hair sheds no more than the average bundle, if anything less than that.... hair is true to length (some vendors try to make the bundle shorter like you won’t notice smh) definitely the best vendor on here, she works with you to accommodate your needs, super nice to you, and replies in a timely manner! Highly recommended!

I have 26,26,26 ,26with a 20 inch frontal (Let me start by saying the wefts were thick , and long )Okay so I was skeptical about ordering this hair because buying the hair on website and I was nervous that the hair wouldn’t get here in time for prom (May 24th) I ordered May 12th and it was delivered May 16 , the hair is super silky and soft and full of life ! Can’t wait to get it installed I’ll post pictures when I install it but over all everything was great ! They even sent cute little lashes ! Definitely my new Vendor

Hair is soft it sheds but not to much I bleached my frontal and it came out beautiful I love their customer service here even after I got my hair they messaged me several times to make sure I liked my hair delivery was fast got my hair in less then 5 days will update if anything changes
