This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is amazing, it is very soft and doesn’t smell bad like hair usually does, there are no tangles and I can run my fingers right through it. I washed it and there was no shedding even when I combed it while it was wet. The company is very helpful and they communicate great. The moment I ordered it, it was being shipped the next few hours. I got my hair in about 4 days it was amazing and I was super happy. Plus the bundle is thick and so are the wefts. It’s beautiful
