Day 1 of installation. The hair is really soft, so far no shedding or tangles. Didn’t have a bad smell or anything. Shipping was AMAZING. Mary had me posted to any new updates on my package. I will be leaving another feedback in a few weeks. I will be buying from this vendor again! Love love love
