This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I am so pleased with this hair!The wig was just as described, very soft and beautiful. Was kinda skeptical if the medium sized wig will fit but it did perfectly.I have people asking all the time where I got my hair from. love the baby hair and it is very cute.the hair is very soft,love love love!Shipping was super fast they kept in touch with me the whole entire time.Hoping to buy another wig soon.

Love it so much!It is so thick and silky absolutely love the hair.the hair is very soft and nice! is recommend a ALL no doubt. and the customer service is the best answered all my questions and kept me up to date with how my wig was doing ,I received the unit in three days and the hair is amazing! One of the best hair purchases I've made.I've washed this unit multiple times and it is still soft. There hasn't been any shedding.Also there is no freezing and really have no smell. I'm so in love with this unit. Thanks for the fast shipping and absolute best customer service
