Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I waited a week after install to leave a review because the hair will seem like excellent quality when you first get it people!!! So it's been a week since i made my wig. The hair has a slight smell, nothing major. Minor shedding while co-washing. i would def recommend vender and buy again.

I have not installed it yet but I co washed it and it is even more prettier than before I washed it I will be getting it installed next month for my trip..but so far I love the hair and I will be ordering again very soon and I have recommend you guys to my clients and five of my clients have already ordered..
