This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I ordered on a Thursday and received it on Monday. The hair is probably one of the best wigs I ever had. The quality is soo bomb, after wearing it for a week the luster never went away like some wigs. Very manageable rarely tangles. At night I wrap i wear a bonnet and in the morning all I do Is finger comb it while spraying it with water. I haven't needed to use much hair product with it just some moose. Extremely soft.

This wig arrived in 4 short days just as everyone said. It was SUPER soft and felt very nice.I absolutely love this wig! This is my second one from this seller. Everyone always thinks it's my real hair! The hair is so soft, doesn't have a smell and is full! It's also cut perfectly. I didn't have to cut it at all.

One of the best hair I’ve gotten on this website.I got it in 16 inch. Hair is very soft and does not tangle.It is very low maintenance. It sheds a little but all curly hair does. Curls are beautiful esp after shampooing and conditioning, it defines the curl so much more.The hairline looks natural there’s almost no customization needed. All I had to do was cut the lace and style. I have gotten so many compliments on this wig.Customer service was very prompt and pleasant. The shipping took 3 days. I ordered on Friday and got it Monday. I’m more than happy with this product so far.Definitely recommend this hair.

I’ve had it awhile but I just now am getting around to leaving a review. It came pretty quick once it was shipped out.The curls are so beautiful, the hair is soft, and it’s plucked really nice. I thought about tinting the lace but I really didn’t need to do it...so I didn’t lol.The seller was very kind when I asked to see more pictures of the hair and kept in touch with me,finally i paid balance and got 22inches unit as i prefer longer hair.I would definitely purchase again.
