This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I'm really fall in love with this hair, it is super style and I have no burden of its failure. The hair does not and it is easy to comb and in model to bring. This is definitely recommended. I go definitely more often order of this company. For that I forget it also wish I still have about the delivery and delivery was really perfect.
