Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I did some slight plucking mostly my part. Extremely soft hair! I order the 26’ 180 density. The only slight complaint I would have is it wasn’t as thick as expected & it’s probably because I got a longer length. I will most definitely be ordering from them again!

Baby hair look good, side part is great, the hair is very classy looking and very much manageable. You can wet it without the texture changing. I’ve worn my wig about week now before leaving feed back but over all great wig.
