This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I received my hair, a little smell but nothing a little shampoo can’t fix. Was nervous at first because it looked thin, but definitely isn’t ran my fingers through it very soft minimal shedding.
