This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is truly beautiful, very soft, little to no shedding, you can definitely tell it's human hair it has that natural healthy shine and the color is BOMB!I would 100% recommend. Been about 3 weeks since I got this hair and let me start off by saying I love it! Im absolutely in love! Hair is still thick and gave very minimum shedding!!
