This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Super fast shipping I got it in 3 days! The smell went away when you wash it. I used dove conditioner to soften it and keep the curl. This is my second time ordering I love It and will order again!

This hair is sooooo nice. I was skeptical at first because it’s so cheap but I absolutely love this. Been getting compliments. I dont comb the curls with a brush I just spray my hair with water and conditioner, finger comb it and add a curling cream. Very easy to maintain. Great vacation hair.

This is my first time getting this type of curl pattern, & I am in absolute love!! The hair is extremely soft & tangle free. When I received the hair it did have a slight smell to it but nothing a simple wash couldn’t fix. I made a wig, then washed & conditioned the hair. I added oil to it while it was still wet, so once it dried it had a nice shine to it. If you’re unsure about this hair this is definitely the reassurance you need!! Great hair at a great price.
