Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

First of all the hair came super fast I was expecting it to take longer. The hair itself super soft so far little shedding the length is very nice. I will be ordering this hair again. They only thing is that I realize now I have a big head so it was a little small but it came with a band that I can put on it. I’m very happy.

Love it!! Deep are beautiful, all you need is a spray bottle with water, mousse & conditioner to maintain wig. Did shed a little after first wash but it’s curly hair so I would say it’s normal. Seller was really nice, kept me updated every step of the way. Ordered my wig on a Thursday midday & received it that following Tuesday

This hair is sooooo nice. I was skeptical at first because it’s so cheap but I absolutely love this. Been getting compliments. I dont comb the curls with a brush I just spray my hair with water and conditioner, finger comb it and add a curling cream. Very easy to maintain. Great vacation hair.
