This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair was shockingly exactly as described. At first I didnt wanna believe the hype thinking that the comments were false and paid for, but this is actually some really good hair!! It was so soft and didnt have a smell. It came in like 3 days which was really fast.

Here is the hair on me. I must say I'm very happy with the wig. I wore it only three days and got so many compliments on how beautiful it looks... they don't even know it's a wig! It's soft full smells awesome and no tangle, very very very minimal shedding. I can't wait to buy my next unit from them! The supplier is very informative and respond's quickly. The courier company created a delay with my delivery but I must say the supplier assisted me with that query as well and I must say I was impressed. I will let you know in week or so how the hair is holding , im sure it will be great!

This hair is awesome!!!! Omg!!! I’m in love!!! The quality is top notch and the construction is so far one of the best I’ve seen. The hair is strong and thick but not heavy. No shedding after taking it from out of the package and the hairline is so realistic!!! it look as if I’ve gotten my hair pressed! Very soft and natural looking! Shipping was completely fact! Oh and the plucking is perfect! Wiggins is definitely the best!

the hair stays very soft always maintains a natural shine and thick. The hairline is so natural looking,pre-plucked with baby hair. and also is a little longer than what I expected I ordered the 18-inch but it sometimes it appears to be more like a 20-inch. shipping was fast, I got it in 3 days.I have had little to no shedding and have gotten plenty of compliments

Omg this was so unexpected! The hair is everything and more. It came in a red Wiggins bag with complimentary lashes which were very pretty. Hair had no funny smell to it, I did co-wash it and let it air dry over night. I did the bald cap method and i didnt even have to bleach my knots! The curls are popping, the length is perfect (20" 200% density) and the fullness is awesome. It took a while for it to get here which I understood since I made the purchase on a Saturday Feb 24th and it just came yesterday March 8th.
I will definitely be getting another wig from you all and I have told friends about it too. Thanks Wiggins!

I absolutely LOVE this wig! I was skeptical because I've gotten weave from another store and wasn't too happy with it, but this hair is amazing. It's been a week and I think I love it more now than when I first got it. I haven't curled it yet so I'm not sure about how it holds curls. The hair also arrived sooooo fast and Mary was super communicative during the entire time.
