This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the hair is very soft and silky. Doesn’t tangle. It does shed a bit. Came with a few short hairs on the closure but it goes away when u wet and straighten it. Mary is the best communicator ever. She is very nice and handled all my concerns fast. Shipping took 3 days which is very fast!

First off the vendor was amazing, i needed it shipped ASAP for an event. She had it shipped out within a few hours of ordering and continued to stay in contact daily until i received it. Took 4 days to come which was perfect- the hair on arrival is beautiful! Within the first couple of hours i washed it twice and had 0 fallout. I didnt have to do much to tweak it, the cut was a bit off in the back when straightened- but nothing a trim could fix . Overall very pleased.

Omg this was so unexpected! The hair is everything and more. It came in a red Wiggins bag with complimentary lashes which were very pretty. Hair had no funny smell to it, I did co-wash it and let it air dry over night. I did the bald cap method and i didnt even have to bleach my knots! The curls are popping, the length is perfect (20" 200% density) and the fullness is awesome. It took a while for it to get here which I understood since I made the purchase on a Saturday Feb 24th and it just came yesterday March 8th.
I will definitely be getting another wig from you all and I have told friends about it too. Thanks Wiggins!

I absolutely LOVE this wig! I was skeptical because I've gotten weave from another store and wasn't too happy with it, but this hair is amazing. It's been a week and I think I love it more now than when I first got it. I haven't curled it yet so I'm not sure about how it holds curls. The hair also arrived sooooo fast and Mary was super communicative during the entire time.
