Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I received the wig in 3 days from when I purchased. Customer service was super nice and responded to my messages pretty fast. I was assisted extremely well with trying to find what it was that I wanted. I was expecting the 13x6 to be complete like when I make the wig myself from just purchasing the frontal and bundles. But I'm excited to try it out and will leave more photos onced I bleach the knots and install.
