This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The knots bleach really well. The curls are flawless after bleaching and conditioning it. The hair is absolutely soft no tangles ,Minimal shedding. This hair is the bomb !

The hair is nice and maintainable, it had a little bit of shedding but that’s how it usually is when it comes to curly hair. The only problem I had with the hair was the fact it got a little dry too fast .. definitely would purchase again

Hair came super fast. Received it in two-three days. Communication with seller was perfect. I got 10inches but I cut it. It is hard getting a side part but I found you , you have to wet the hair & put moose on it to get another part besides the middle part.
