This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is some very good hair. I am very pleased with the results. It is little to no shedding. With water the curls remain defined. The bundles are very soft and don’t have a bad smell.I ordered a 18 20 22 22, with a 16 frontal and I will be buying from this vendor again.

I love this hear the texture is really nice and there’s no bad smell or shedding I will order of them again I will leave more pictures when I get it installed on Friday but I recommend everyone to order from this vendor I ordered it on a Tuesday and I got it on a Saturday that’s four days they were very understanding and great with communication.
