Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Hair is as described and very soft. The seller provided great communication and kept me updated on my order. This is my first time getting curlyhair so I’m very anxious to try it out! I highly recommend this seller it is really TOP.

The wig was shipped in less than 4 days & the hair is SUPER soft! There wasn’t really a smell, but I washed the hair immediately. The hair did not shed AT ALL during the wash blow dry & flat iron process. I would definitely order from this seller again. My wig is natural color length 16 inches. I love it so so much!

I have to commend excellent communication with the seller and extremely fast delivery! the only thing ... the size of the cap is a little big on my head :( but thank you very nice Wiggins ! this is certainly not my first order :)

It came nicely packaged with little gifts and has baby hairs that can be styled at the front. I have to pick the centre for a middle parting but it is such a good wig!! Thank you!

Honestly the best quality wig I think I ever bought. I didn’t even need to bleach the knots which is a first for me. Glad I bought this cause it was so worth it. I’ve had minimal shedding too. I was nervous because it seemed kinda pricey at first but definitely a good buy.
