This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair was soft, density is very full, length is to the Tee and smell was okay. I had a few problems with my $8.00 coupon and right away seller send me another talked about excellence customer service. I normally get my hair in 3 days but because of the holiday I received it in 5 still perfect time. I ordered 4 times before and never did any feedback but I had to this time the quality of seller hair is unbelievable going to recommend to my friends and family!
