Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

i LOVE this hair. i love the way curly hair looks on me but it tends to get tangled & nappy so i never buy it.. but this hair is so good. i’ve had it for about a month & the wig looks just as good as it did in the beginning. all i do is spray it with water & put some conditioner in it & the curls look beautiful all day. it’s also super thick. the water takes some of the thickness away but it’s a lot of hair. seller responded fast.. i can honestly say i have nothing bad to say about this hair. i would recommend this hair for sure

It came within 3 days. The hair is thick, and true to length. It's very soft and no shedding when I ran my fingers through it roughly. The wig is full. It has a little smell, but nothing bad at all. I'll be installing it next month.
