This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

LOVE THE HAIR recieved it yesterday on Tuesday and ordered it Friday. Haven’t installed it yet, hair is extremely soft, no shedding , a chemical smell a little but that’s normal if you know about hair. Hair is thick! Wasn’t expecting that.
