This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

The hair is ABSOLUTELY amazing, it's soft, tangle free and the color is everything I expected it to be. I have already washed the hair and it still as soft as in the beginning. LOVE THE HAIR recieved it yesterday on Tuesday and ordered it Friday. Haven’t installed it yet, hair is extremely soft, no shedding , a chemical smell a little but that’s normal if you know about hair. Hair is thick! Wasn’t expecting that.
