Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I simply LOVE my wig! Added money for a 12" one and It feels so soft ! It's also very easy to care.There's minimal shedding when run my finger's thru the hair but is normally.I got so many compliments when I wore it every day..ridiculously fast shipping, way sooner than the expected arrival!Only takes 4 days for me to get the package! Will definitely keep buying my wigs here. Worth every money! i will definitely order again from this seller.

this is my first wig from this company. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! I got a 18in and I did wash the hair and then I just let it hair dry to achieve the "natural curly" look. The hair is super soft, little to no shedding so far. And is FULL enough for me! Which is what I love in a wig! Also the seller was great with communicating with me and the hair was at my front door in 3 days!
