This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Okay guys. I haven’t installed the hair yet but so far I am loving it. SUPER soft and bouncy doesn’t have a bad smell to it. I received the hair within 3days, so super fast shipping. It came with some cute lashes too as a gift. & will definitely order again.

Hair was very thick and manageable. I had more than enough hair and I dyed it jet black. The hair does not shed at all. The hair took wash and dye very well. I recommend it for anybody.

Okay so at first I was skeptical about getting the hair because it was very cheap, but it turned out to be amazing. From the time I ordered until the time I received my hair the communication was excellent. The hair has a lot of body and holds curls. I would most definitely recommend this hair to anybody who wants to buy this.

It's only been about a week since I installed the hair in my daughter's hair. The hair is very soft, does not shed at all. The length also is suitable for my daugher. I love this hair! It’s very soft and true to the length. I purchased the 14”, 16” and 18”. My hairdresser said the weft was constructed well and it made for an easy install. Hair doesn’t smell and hasn’t shed at all yet. Customer service is amazing...all questions were answered quickly! Beautiful, really soft and very affordable!
