Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Hair is really soft. I’ve had it in little over a week. I twist my real hair/ leave out. First 3 days, I just put it all in a big bonnet. Now I put my hair in chunky twists at night, wake up, take it down, spray it with a water + oil mixture, shake, and go. When I wet the hair, the curls bounce back. Shipping was very fast. I received my hair within 5 days of ordering. Seller communicated with me so I knew when it shipped.

I greatly appreciate the seller accommodating my request to have the hair in bulk rather than on a weft. The hair cane just as I asked for and it didn’t come with such long straight ends as I received from another company. Once I style my hair I will post pictures.
