This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I received my hair and I am in love with it. The hair is very soft, there was no smell to. I haven’t tried to dye it but so far I’m satisfied with it.Very minimal shedding but not to bad. Can’t wait to install... I will be ordering from this vendor again
