This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I have just received my order within 3 days ... bundles seem very funny I order the package of two 18 inch and a 20inch . The hair is so full and soft not smell at all the seller stayed in contact with me and was very concerned about making sure I received my package even gave me a extra gift ..so far I’m in love with the hair thank you guys so much
