This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Okay, I made these bundles into a unit and I am highly highly satisfied I used 4 bundles 16,18,20 20 and a little bit of the 14inch I have a 14 inch 13*6 fronal by the same company. I washed the hair and conditioned. The knots ALREADY LOOKED BLEACHED which was a total life saver it blended in with my complexion nicely.
