This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I ordered the Hair Friday Night and Received it Monday around 12pm- 1pm ! the hair came bouncy and soft and its still shiny and soft with the help of some oil sheen ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hair !!!

This is the MOST softest hair I ever had! No smell, little to none shedding, hold a curl, dyes easily, and fabulous volume hair. I water color this hair jet black and it took so quick. I washed it and conditioning it then braided it till my install today it was absolutely beautiful. I will be purchasing again for sure!!!!! Y’all get this hair

Hey ladies so this is my 1st time ordering this hair. Packaging very nice. I ordered 16,18,20,20 and 18in frontal. I made my own wig of the hair and it’s beautiful hair. It’s soft, it does have some shedding but nothing alarming. Bundles are true to length. Overall I would definitely recommend this hair. Go head it’s a good buy.

Love love the hair, it’s very smooth, no smell, no tangle, the thickness is great. The little curl at the bottom is so funny but it’s cute because of it being a 14” and the body wave still happened to be there is awesome. Haven’t installed it yet but so far im loving it alot.
