This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair was so beautiful and the texture was soft and easy to manage. When I first received the hair it did have a slight smell to it but after a good wash I didn't have that problem anymore. The curls are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hair!
