This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is very soft !no shedding when i run my fingers through it.The seller has good communication and are very nice and they will answer any questions you ask.The hair came in 3 business days.It came with gifts and i love the hair so far haven't installed yet but i can tell it's good hair. So happy with my order thank you so much ! I will be buying again. i will recommend. And if you do have problems with the hair it's really on how you take care of it. the hair is good quality but it all just depends on how you take care of it and what you put in the hair.i give it a 5 STAR !!!!!

I've had the hair for a couple of days now. It does tangle like any other human hair. I still don't like the frontal. The hair barely shreds which is amazing. And the hair is actually good quality. I give the actual bundles 5 stars. but 1star for the service I got.
