This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Great hair! Bundles felt soft when first received.. hair shipped quick & seller stayed in contact the whole way. Ive had it installed now for a few days, so far little to no shedding & the texture is still soft.. The bundles are full so my weave looks thick. Color was great, I ll be sure to order again
