This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I was skeptical of this product when I ordered it but I figured for the price I'd give it a try. I wasn't disappointed! i was excited to see there were quite a few of free little gifts in my package! I haven't installed the hair yet but by the looks and feel of it I'm very eager to put it in! Highly recommend! And I will totally be using them as my go to hair supplier! Love it.

I Would first like to start off with I Love love this hair and vendor. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from them and every time I am satisfied. I ordered the hair on Monday was expecting it the following Monday but received it on Thursday. The hair is very soft and shiny, I’ve been complimented on it many times today. I have yet to experience any shedding at all and the hair has no smell. The seller keeps in contact sometimes I didn’t reply but they were sure to continue sending updates and accurate tracking information. I definitely will order again.

I had great communication with the seller, they contacted me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was fine. The hair is so soft and has an amazing curl pattern also has no odor so I didn’t need to wash it ; The bundles are thick and the hair is true to its length.
