Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

i usually buy wavy hair and this is my first time buying hair from from this seller. the hair is very soft and hasn’t shed. there is absolutely no smell which is amazing! i haven’t washed the hair but i will before i install. i would buy again! even came with a gift.

I must say the agent is very nice she explains things to me very well very patient and kind. definitely someone I would love to go into business with in terms of wholesale. I am so excited to try it out. The prices are very reasonable especially with shipping with DHL and I will love to continue buying from them. They also do lovely discounts with their coupons which I love. Overall I would say they have great communication skills and offer good value for money.
