Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Excellent service, however, I should have been notified in advance about import tax (about £4) which I had to pay in advance of delivery so my delivery was delayed. Nice ombré for the fall and not the dull orangey colour you sometimes get when you try to DIY! Vibrant gold colour and healthy ends. The closure is well made and it was easy to create a centre part. Absolutely love this hair. Took 4days to arrive!
